Rockbeare Manor, Devon, wedding photography at its most memorable, Lily and Dan tied the knot at this exceptional Devon country house just outside Exeter.

The venue itself is a Grade I listed Regency country house on more than 100 acres of Devon parkland, seven miles outside Exeter. Lily and Dan had it exclusively for the day — thirteen bedroom suites reserved just for their party — and between the marble-pillared, nearly 250-year-old Dining Room and the orangery-style Ballroom, there was no shortage of beautiful light to work with.

Dan is a well-known face on the Devon and Cornwall wedding circuit himself — a saxophonist who’s played countless other couples’ first dances and receptions over the years. So when the wedding ceremony got going, of course he couldn’t resist it: he picked up the sax and played a song for his bride Lily, much to the delight (and disbelief) of everyone there.

The gorgeous couple look like models, and the couples photos made them shine…the James Bond style tuxedo was a real standout against the beautiful Rockbeare Manor sunset.
