FAQS

• How long have you been shooting weddings?

We have shot over 350 weddings around the UK and abroad, over 10 years!

• Are our photos safe in your hands?

We look after them like they are our small children.

We use cameras that save the photos to TWO memory cards, which is *essential* for a professional wedding photographer. The cards are small pieces of plastic and we need to guarantee if one fails, we still have all your images.

We save your photos to THREE storage locations, including two off-site. We are up to 25 terabytes of storage, and counting...

Once you have access to them, we keep them on an online gallery for at least a year, and usually longer.

• Do you provide a contract?

We have a full online client portal set up for you...it starts with a questionnaire to get all the info we need to capture your big day at Tunnels Beaches, then a quote, invoice and contract!

• Are you insured?

Yes! We have full public liability insurance. Message us to see it.

• Can we have a second photographer?

Of course! A second photographer is available for £300 for the full day. You get a second view of important scenes.
